These terms apply to your use of allseasonexcavatingandlandscaping.com and to estimates and services provided by All Seasons Lawn, Tree and Landscape, LLC (“All Seasons,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms.
Use of this website
The information on this site is provided to help you understand our services and how we work. It is general information, not a quote or a promise about any specific property. Every project is different, and the details of your job will be set in your estimate.
Photos in our gallery show work we have completed. Results on your property will depend on its size, terrain, soil, access, and the scope of work you choose.
Estimates
Estimates are free. For most projects, we visit the property before giving a price. Your estimate is based on what we see during that visit and the information you provide about the property and your goals.
If conditions turn out to be different from what was visible or described, or if you ask us to change or add to the work, we will talk with you about any change in scope or price before that additional work is done.
Services
All Seasons provides land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation, structure demolition, pond building, trail and driveway building, and rock wall building. Our demolition work covers residential and light commercial structures.
Permits and local requirements
Some projects require permits or approvals depending on the type of work and the property’s location. We can help you identify what may apply to your project and walk you through the steps.
Scheduling and weather
We will give you a timeframe for your project with your estimate and do our best to keep to it. Our crew works year-round, but weather and ground conditions can affect when certain work can be done safely and correctly. If conditions require a schedule change, we will let you know as soon as possible.
